If Blue Crystal Literary Magazine decides to publish your work, we ask that you provide first-time publishing rights by submitting the Copyright Declaration Form, as well as the right to archive your work on our website indefinitely. After your work has been published in our magazine, the rights are then reverted back to you. If your work is reprinted elsewhere, please credit Blue Crystal Literary Magazine as the original publisher.

We reserve the right to include your work on our website, in printed form, and in collections of work acquired from our past issues, such as annual anthologies. Blue Crystal Literary Magazine  retains no rights on submitted artwork and images; rights belong to the artist/Author.

By submitting your artwork or photography, you agree to allow us to display your work on our website, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. If your work is used on any of the aforementioned websites, your artwork or photography will always be credited to you.

We reserve the right to modify the accepted work in terms of phrasing, punctuation, word usage, spelling, and capitalization. 

You, the author, artist, or photographer, confirm that your work is wholly original, does not violate or infringe upon the copyright or privacy of any other person, company, or organization whatsoever and that you, the author, are the sole owner and creator of the work to be published.

Kindly, keep in mind Blue Crystal does not accept previously published works. This is mainly to provide more opportunities to the emerging writers and avoid copyrights violations among publishers.

Only the winner and writers going through financial strains will get free Hard copies of the book. All the selected submitter gets a free E-PDF of the book.

60% ROYALTY WILL BE PAID TO THE BOOK AUTHOR (FROM SALES RECORDED ON THE PUBLICATION PORTALS LIKE AMAZON, GOOGLE & OTHERS,

SALES OF THE PHYSICAL COPIES OF BOOK AT BOOK STORE

ORDERS RECEIVED BY THE BUYERS DIRECTLY TO BLUE CRYSTAL LITERARY MAGAZINE ) AND REST 30% WILL BE PAID TO BLUE CRYSTAL LITERARY MAGAZINE.

BLUE CRYSTAL LITERARY MAGAZINE IS NOT LIABLE TO MAKE PAYMENT IF THE SALE IS NOT RECORDED. THE AUTHOR CAN’T MAKE ANY CLAIM IF NO SALE IS RECORDED.

Copying/Sharing/Selling/Publishing any part /any material of Any Author/ Publisher without His/her Official/Legal permission will be treated as the violation of Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and may become the subject of several Punishment under the Section 107(2A) & 107 (3) of Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, Govt of the United Kingdom.
